GENERAL INFORMATION
Our bun moulding plates, also known as bun dividing plates, are produced from a material specially developed for this purpose over 20 years ago. They offer a high, constant quality as well as an easy use. They are taste- and acid resistant, light in weight and easy to clean. Due to the special multi-layered material our divider plates are almost unbreakable.
Bun Moulding plates are available from us for all major brands of bun divider/ rounders.
FEATURES
The Hammonia Bun Moulding Plates are characterized by following features:
- Do not take away the warmth from the dough
- Improve the state of the dough by especially useful knurling
- There is no rattling noises generate at the work
- Do not change the color of the dough
- Need little care, because hard dough leftovers do not stick.
