GENERAL INFORMATION
The 2 Bun Divider and Rounder Fully Automatic is operated through a digital control panel. Pressing and rounding times can be set precisely with memory for ten different products and special cleaning mode. The digital readout shows the settings and various status indications.
Technical improvements mean a more accurate distribution of dough. The dividing discs with Teflon coating are made of anodized aluminium; light and easy to remove. With seven different sizes you can use the same machine for a wide variety of rolls.
